ACN Legal Advisory Committee

ACN’s Co-Founders are committed to ensuring the company and its representatives adhere to the highest ethical standards and perform under a marketing plan that complies with consumer protection laws. The Legal Advisory Committee was created to ensure that ACN’s actions sustain its goals.

ACN maintains its commitment with expert oversight of the company’s policies and procedures by the ACN Legal Advisory Committee.

Retained by ACN, this distinguished board is presided by a former state attorney general and judge, who is joined by two additional former state attorneys general in the United States, a retired federal court judge and Queen’s Counsel from Canada, and a distinguished law professor from Australia.

Honesty, Integrity, Credibility

“It is our responsibility to make sure that the reputation of this company is a reputation of honesty, integrity and credibility,” said Robert Stephan, former Kansas Attorney General, and Chair of the Legal Advisory Committee. Other members include former Kentucky Attorney General Chris Gorman, former Arizona Attorney General Grant Woods, University of Newcastle Professor Emeritus Dr. Warren Pengilley and the Honourable William P. McKeown, a retired federal court judge in Canada and former chairman of the Canadian Competition Tribunal.

In addition to addressing consumer protection and direct selling issues that arise in ACN, members of the Legal Advisory Committee speak to representatives several times a year at ACN International Events and communicate with them through the ACN company e-magazine.
