Since day one, ACN’s Co-Founders have been committed to ensuring the company and its Independent Business Owners operate with the utmost integrity and adhere to the highest possible ethical standards.  As part of this commitment, ACN founded its Legal Advisory Committee nearly two decades ago.   

ACN's Legal Advisory Committee is composed of former state Attorneys General and is headed by Chairman Robert Stephan, a former Kansas Attorney General for 16 years, who was also a judge for 13 years and is the President of the National Association of Attorneys General.

The Committee studies ACN's practices, products and marketing strategies for compliance with the laws in every state and country in which ACN operates, including overseeing ACN's Policies and Procedures.  Beyond that, Committee members visit ACN's Offices on a regular basis to meet with the Co-Founders and key employees to ensure that ACN is in compliance and exceeding standards when acquiring customers and following regulatory rules.

Members of the Legal Advisory Committee also speak regularly at ACN's International Training Events to further press upon ACN's Independent Business Owners the critical role integrity plays in ACN.
